Efficiency

Efficiency is the principle by which BX-System aims to use as few resources as possible. Each decision is weighed by energy consumed against result achieved.

How are decisions evaluated?

By the ratio of energy consumed to result achieved. The system aims to do less, not more.

Is the aim to do more work?

No. The aim is to do less. A larger flow is not a better flow if a smaller one achieves the same result.

Where is efficiency applied?

In every decision. It is one of the five operating principles.

What is the measure of efficiency?

The ratio of energy consumed to result achieved for the same verified outcome.

How does efficiency affect continuous operation?

Continuous operation is bounded by the efficiency principle in every decision.
